What we do guarantee is that we will apply every effort, tactic, and strategy within our expertise on your behalf. Our track record reflects that commitment, but past results do not guarantee future outcomes in any specific market.
Glovebox Marketing maintains a strict policy of representing only one auto repair shop per geographic market. Once we enter into a service agreement with a client, we will not onboard a direct competitor in the same market for the duration of that agreement.
Market boundaries are defined by mutual agreement at the start of the engagement and documented in your service agreement.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Notice can be provided by email to hello@gloveboxmarketing.com. Work will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Upon cancellation, all assets created during the engagement that live on your own domain or accounts remain yours. Assets hosted on third-party domains or servers controlled by Glovebox Marketing will be handled per the terms of your service agreement.
Content created specifically for your website, including written copy, service pages, and blog posts, becomes your property upon full payment. Strategic frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems developed by Glovebox Marketing remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use during the engagement.
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share details of your strategy, rankings, or business performance with any third party, including other clients, without your explicit written consent.
We may reference that we work with your shop in a general sense (for example, in a case study with your permission) but will not disclose specific metrics or strategies without approval.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glovebox Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of rankings, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
